Experts from Sportscotland, The City of Edinburgh Council, Edinburgh Leisure, Edinburgh University, Oriam, and architecture and consultancy firms Alliance Leisure, Engenuiti, Holmes Miller, Max Fordham, Reiach & Hall Architects, and RSP Engineering will be discussing „Balancing the needs of community, elite and university facilities“. The seminar and visit of Edinburgh sports facilities will take place from 17-18 April 2024, including Meadowbank Sports Centre and Oriam, Scotland’s National Performance Centre for Sport.
The event will focus on the design development and delivery of these two major sporting facilities as well exploring issues in managing the operation of these, and other sports facilities in Scotland.
